Application: Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure. Repeat application every two hours or after swimming, sweating or toweling off. Don't forget to protect yourself with a sun hat and sunglasses and avoid the intense sun of the hours from 11am to 4pm. Children under the age of 3 should not be exposed to the sun.
