The memory of a Greek summer in Pelion: to get to the sea you had to cross an orchard with wild fig trees kissed by the sun. Philosykos is an ode to the whole fig tree: the green freshness of its leaves, the milky flavor of the figs, enhanced by the woody density of the tree itself.
