Allure Homme by Jacques Polge is a spicy-woody men's fragrance that has been on sale since 1999. The base notes are amber, benzoin, oakmoss, coconut, leather, musk, sandalwood, tonka bean and vanilla. Anise, freesia, gardenia, jasmine, patchouli, pepper, rose, rosewood, vetiver and cedar combine for the heart note. The top note reveals bergamot, ginger, lavender, tangerine, peach and lemon. The extensive interplay of the individual notes is not as pyramid-like as we are used to from many other fragrances, but rather very diverse, so that it can be perceived very differently depending on the skin type and sensitivity of the wearer.
