Shipping costs and delivery times

The costs for shipping and packaging are as follows:

- within Switzerland and Liechtenstein 9,- CHF

- within the EU 19€

- outside Europe $25

As of August 1, 2023, we have reduced our CO2 emissions by 75% and will pass on the 6% cost savings to our customers and have reduced our prices.

This is our contribution to the environment and thanks to you we can achieve this.

You continue to order in our online shop and we will deliver to you in the fourth week of the monthThis adjustment to our shipping policy gives us the opportunity to do something good for both the environment and you. We will strive to further optimize this process and pass on savings to you through price reductions.

In the Switzerland exists the Right of withdrawal only if the seller grants it on his own initiative. In this case, the online shop must state its conditions explicitly. The legislation of the Switzerland does not guarantee the customer the right to change his mind and return a product after an online purchase.

Please note that for orders that you have already received and wish to return, we will charge a flat fee of CHF 50.00.
